HOW WE CAN HELP

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Therapy is a space to explore, understand, heal, and grow. Whether you’re looking for help to cope, to change, or to overcome, therapy can be a powerful support along the way.
Dr. Butler and her team believe that the heart of therapy lies in the relationship — one built on trust, respect, and genuine connection. In our work together, you’ll find a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can bring your full self and be met with empathy and curiosity. Therapy is a collaborative process with the goals of therapy being chosen by you. Dr. Butler has been trained in many different treatment modalities, and tailors the treatment intervention to the individual, not the diagnosis.
Dr. Butler provides both in-person and telehealth therapy (on a HIPAA-secure platform).

EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING & ADVOCACY
If your child has received a diagnosis that may affect their learning, you do not have to navigate the school system alone. Meet with Colin Butler, MBAE, our educational consultant and former school principal, who will guide you through setting up the right supports at school. If challenges arise in securing accommodations, our licensed clinical social worker and former school social worker can step in as your special education advocate to ensure your child gets the services they need.

PARENTING ANXIOUS CHILDREN (COMING SOON!)
Our practice will be offering SPACE program (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions)—a proven approach that helps parents support children struggling with anxiety. Instead of focusing on changing your child, SPACE gives you practical tools to respond with empathy and confidence while reducing patterns that unintentionally fuel anxiety. This parent-based method empowers families to break the cycle of worry and build resilience together.
